Experience indicates that to be socially responsible is not an exclusive subject of big companies and that they are the only ones that recieve a benifit from this practice. Usually we think about social inversion when companies have many employees and big profits, but many small successful companies are not only working in social programs that give them great economic value, but they also undertake there businesses incorporating social matters in there inversion strategies.
